FEW WORDS ABOUT US

Nicolle Erazo

Certified Personal trainer and Nutrition coach

Hi There!

Welcome to my website!

My name is Nicolle Erazo

I want to share with you a little about me and my decision to change my life 4 years ago to pursue my passion for fitness and nutrition. I have always been a person that loves to connect with people and help others, which is the reason why I majored in Psychology.

Growing up I was a very active girl and played different sports, however, fast forward a few years and I found Crossfit. Coming from a competitive background, I started loving this type of training mainly because it was challenging and just different from everything I had tried before.

However, like many of us, I had my head filled with many fitness and nutrition myths and I felt that to perform better, feel healthier and look better, I needed to do a magic trick and somehow decipher all the information out there about nutrition – which can get very confusing with all the misinformation out there.

Naturally, I tried many diets myself and struggled. As I started seriously educating myself about this topic and applying it to my life, I understood that good nutrition doesn’t have to be a “magic trick” or something “impossible” to achieve.

It’s a lifestyle. It’s something that we build daily and that with the right guidance and information we can definitely enjoy the benefits and results. This mindset – changed my life for the better. As I was diving more into this world, I was also helping some friends with their own goals, and as their health and life was improving in front of my eyes, I was getting more convinced that I wanted to create impact on many other people.

I believe in guiding my clients with science-based nutrition, educating them in how to build good nutrition habits and providing them with individual strategies to make sure that their nutrition is not only sustainable in the long-term but also fits their lifestyle.

I made my leap of faith- yes, I decided to leave the corporate world which meant financial security, stable job and many other things – because I wanted to dedicate my time to help people like you change their lifestyle, achieve their goals and become a better version of themselves.

I don’t believe in short-cuts, cookie-cutter plans, crazy diets, and fad diets. I believe in guiding my clients with science-based nutrition, educating them in how to build good nutrition habits and providing them with individual strategies to make sure that their nutrition is not only sustainable in the long-term but also fits their lifestyle.
